At Mi Luz Apotheca, every piece is made with care โ€” which means your order is created just for you, by hand, once it comes in. Here's what to expect from the moment you place it to the moment it arrives at your door.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. As Mi Luz grows, we hope to expand โ€” we'll let our community know when that day comes.

How long it takes

Our products are made to order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. This is intentional: it means less waste, fresher work, and a product created with your order in mind. It also means there are two timelines to know about.

Production time: 2โ€“5 business days This is the time it takes our fulfillment partner to print, sew, or prepare your order before it ships.

Shipping time: 3โ€“7 business days after production Once your order leaves the facility, standard shipping typically takes 3โ€“7 business days to arrive.

Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 5โ€“12 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends begin production the following business day.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. You'll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase โ€” no surprises.

Tracking your order

You'll receive two emails from us:

  • An order confirmation when you place your order
  • A shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order is on its way

If you don't see these in your inbox within the expected windows, please check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at hello@miluzapotheca.com.

If something goes wrong

Lost in transit: If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 48 hours (packages sometimes arrive later than scanned) and then check with your local post office and neighbors. If it still hasn't turned up, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Damaged in transit or arrived with a defect: Please see our Return Policy for how we handle this. The short version: reach out within 30 days with a photo, and we'll make it right.

Returned to sender (incorrect or undeliverable address): We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order โ€” once production begins, we're unable to redirect a package. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we can reship to a corrected address at your cost, or issue a partial refund (minus original shipping and production costs). We'll reach out to you to confirm which you'd prefer.
