How long does shipping take?

Mi Luz products are made to order. After you place your order, please allow:

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
  • Total: about 5–12 business days from order to doorstep

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand as Mi Luz grows.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every Mi Luz piece is created when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be claimed. This is intentional: less waste, fresher work, and a product made with your order in mind. It's also why our shipping windows are a little longer than warehouse-fulfilled brands.

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don't see it within the expected window, please check your spam folder first, then reach out at hello@miluzapotheca.com.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We'll make it right. Please email hello@miluzapotheca.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item. In most cases we'll arrange a replacement at no cost — you typically won't need to return the original. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a full refund.

What's your return policy for change of mind?

Because our products are made to order, we don't accept returns for size, color, or buyer's remorse. We work hard to help you order what's right the first time — every product page includes a size chart, materials, and detailed photos. If you have questions before ordering, please email us. We're happy to help you choose.

Will the print or embroidery look exactly like the photos?

Almost — with small natural variations. Each piece is made by hand, so slight differences in print placement, embroidery alignment, and color are normal and part of how made-to-order products feel.

A note on the hoodie: due to fabric properties, the White color variant may appear off-white rather than bright white.

How do I care for my Mi Luz piece?

Care instructions are listed on each individual product page. The short version for our apparel: machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low — or lay flat to preserve the embroidery. Always wash before first wear if you're sensitive to fabric finishes.

Are tinctures and teas available yet?

Not yet. While herbal remedies are at the heart of Mi Luz Apotheca, we're starting with print-on-demand products — apparel and stickers — to lay the foundation responsibly before bringing tinctures and teas to market. They are coming. We just want to do it carefully.
