Because each Mi Luz piece is made to order, we handle returns a little differently than a typical shop. This policy is written to be fair to both of us โ€” and honest about what we can and can't do.

The short version

  • Made-to-order items are not returnable for a change of mind, fit, or color preference.
  • We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect โ€” at no cost to you.
  • You have 30 days from delivery to report an issue.

Why we don't accept change-of-mind returns

Every Mi Luz product โ€” stickers, apparel, bundles โ€” is printed, pressed, or assembled specifically for your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be claimed by the next buyer. When a made-to-order item is returned, it can't be resold, which means it becomes waste. That conflicts with how we want to run Mi Luz.

In exchange, we try hard to help you order what's right the first time:

  • Size charts are available on every apparel product page
  • Product photos show front, back, and in-context views wherever possible
  • Materials and care instructions are listed on every product

When we will replace or refund

We'll gladly make things right if:

  • Your item arrives damaged in transit
  • Your item is defective (printing errors, stitching issues, ink bleeding, significant color deviation from the product photo, or similar quality issues)
  • You receive the wrong item or wrong size (our fulfillment mistake, not an ordering error)

How to report an issue

Within 30 days of your delivery date, please email hello@miluzapotheca.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A short description of the issue
  3. A clear photo of the item showing the defect or damage

Once we receive your email, we'll respond within 1โ€“2 business days to confirm next steps. In most cases, we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you โ€” you typically won't need to return the original item. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear within 5โ€“10 business days, depending on your bank.

Mi Luz is a small, solo-run business building carefully. If something isn't right with your order, please reach out โ€” we'd rather hear about it than have you quietly disappointed. We are real people on the other side of the screen, and we care how this lands with you.
